Why has this service been chosen? This version of web mail is essentially ‘Exchange 2010 in the cloud’ and is available anywhere in the world through a web browser or configured through IMAP in Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010. Email can also be synced to a PDA or Smartphone to allow flexibility with access to email whilst out of the office. Which browsers are supported? All the web-based services included in Live@edu can be accessed from Windows, Mac or Linux using Internet Explorer or Firefox. Safari and other browsers are also supported.
